FACE Park Days

A Park Day is an informal time for homeschool families to gather outdoors.

Families may:

  • Arrive and leave when it works for them
  • Play on the playground
  • Bring outdoor games or sports equipment
  • Eat a snack or picnic lunch
  • Meet other homeschool parents
  • Let children build new friendships
  • Ask general questions about the FACE community

Children of different ages are welcome. Families should choose activities that are safe and appropriate for their own children.  These park days are open to anyone in the homeschool community, not just FACE enrolled families.  This is a great way to meet FACE friends and build community.

We are happy to add park days, hiking days, pool days, fishing trips, or camp outs organized by any member of our community.  Please email us at Office@Faceschool.org to get a date on the calendar.

  • Extreme heat
  • Poor air quality
  • Unsafe park conditions
  • Park closures

Check the FACE Facebook page for the latest public schedule before heading to the park.
