When you join FACE Umbrella School you are joining a licensed private school in the State of Colorado.  Your required records and subject requirements are covered by Private School Law.  You submit attendance, curriculum lists, and report cards to FACE using our parent records portal.  Testing is optional and records of testing are yours.  You do NOT submit a notice of intent, vaccine, testing, etc. to the state.  We do not collect vaccine or medical information beyond what you choose to disclose for your student's safety and wellbeing if you attend in person events and classes.  All of what you submit stays private in our secure database.   The only time we report anything to the state is in the event of state audit.  In those cases we do have to release limited information about our students location, attendance, and progress.  We would inform our families if that were to happen.  This level of security and privacy from state intervention and databases is important to many families and we have been faithfully serving them since 1996.
