Business & Vendor Inquiries

Thank you for your interest in working with FACE.

If you believe your product or service would genuinely benefit our unique school community, please review the information below before contacting us.  All vendor inquiries must be submitted using our Prospective Vendor Form below.  If there is interest, a member of our staff will contact you.  Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to every inquiry.

Important: Please Read Before You Submit

FACE is not a traditional school, and many products and services commonly marketed to schools simply are not applicable to our organization. Before submitting a vendor inquiry, please take a few moments to learn about our school and determine whether your product or service is truly a good fit for our educational model.

Please Note:
  • Because of the way FACE operates we generally do not purchase or require:
  • School-managed student technology devices
  • Technology deployment, maintenance, recycling, or IT support services
  • Building maintenance or custodial services
  • Facility management services
  • Special education products funded through district budgets
  • Physical education equipment purchased through school budgets
  • Vending machines
  • Copy machine contracts
  • General classroom supply contracts
  • Curriculum purchasing contracts - Our families purchase their own curriculum directly, similar to a university model.

Our Vendor Policy
To ensure our staff can focus on serving students and families all vendor inquiries must be submitted using the Prospective Vendor Form.
  • We do not accept unsolicited sales calls.
  • We do not accept unsolicited sales emails.
  • We do not accept unannounced drop-in sales visits.

Submitting the Vendor Form does not guarantee a response. If your product or service appears to meet a current organizational need, a member of our staff will contact you. We appreciate your interest in serving homeschool families. Because FACE operates very differently from most schools, we ask that all vendors respect our communication policy and submission process. Following these guidelines allows our staff to remain focused on serving our students and families while ensuring every vendor receives fair consideration.  Businesses that ignore this policy and contact staff directly may be removed from future consideration. Businesses that arrive on campus without prior authorization will be asked to leave the property immediately.

International Organizations
If you represent:
  • an international school
  • an international educational organization
  • or an organization seeking an international partnership

please do not use the Vendor Form.  Instead, contact our International Team: International@Faceschool.org

Prospective Teachers
If you are interested in teaching at FACE as an independent contractor, please do not use the Vendor Form. FACE contracts with independent teachers who design and teach their own classes for homeschool families.

Please note:
  • Applications are generally accepted November through January.
  • Applicants should be prepared to submit class proposals.
  • FACE does not employ traditional full-time or part-time classroom teachers.
  • We do not sponsor international teachers seeking employment in the United States.
