Face Private School Enrollment
When you enroll with FACE, your child becomes a student at a licensed Colorado private school. You still choose the curriculum and teach your child at home. FACE keeps the school records you submit. Because FACE is your child’s school, most families do not need to file a Notice of Intent or complete Colorado homeschool testing unless they are also participating in a public enrichment program.
Basic Enrollment
$100 per family each year
Basic Enrollment gives independent families private school coverage and basic recordkeeping support.
It includes:
- Private school enrollment with FACE
- Secure school recordkeeping
- Access to the FACE parent portal
- Attendance-tracking tools
- Basic report card, transcript, and diploma templates but no guidance or official high school records
- Print-at-home student ID cards
Basic Enrollment is a good fit if you want to teach on your own and do not need classes, events, or help from FACE.
Basic Enrollment for High School
High school students may use Basic Enrollment, but it is not recommended for students who plan to graduate from FACE.
Basic Enrollment does not include:
- Help creating or reviewing a transcript
- An official FACE transcript
- Transcript consultations
- Sending transcripts to colleges or other schools
- A FACE diploma
- Graduation from FACE
- Long-term graduate recordkeeping
Basic families can use FACE’s general transcript and diploma templates. Parents must complete and manage these records on their own. FACE does not review, sign, seal, or send them.
Premium Enrollment
$150 per family each year
Premium Enrollment includes everything in Basic, plus more help, high school services, classes, and community activities.
It includes:
- FACE Westminster and online classes
- Field trips, events, and community activities
- Consultations and mentoring
- More recordkeeping help
- Sealed report cards and attendance records
- Awards Night
- Printed student ID cards
- Picture Day
- Class tuition, supplies, field trips, and some events are at cost
Premium High School Enrollment
Premium Enrollment is strongly recommended for students in grades 9–12. It is required for students who want to graduate from FACE.
High school services include:
- Official FACE transcripts
- Help planning and reviewing transcripts
- Sending transcripts to colleges and other groups
- A FACE diploma after graduation requirements are met
- Permanent storage of graduate records
- Use of FACE’s CEEB school code
- School letters for college enrollment, sports, insurance discounts, and other needs
- FACE’s graduation ceremony for seniors
High School Fees
High school fees are added to the family’s $150 Premium Enrollment fee.
- Grades 9–11: $85 for each high school student
- Grade 12: $300 for each senior
The fee is required even if the student does not attend the graduation ceremony. It pays for all senior and graduate services, not just the ceremony.
