Pricing & Fees 2026–2027 School Year
FACE keeps pricing simple. Most families pay one base fee. High school services have an additional charge.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Please choose your option carefully.
Premium (Enrolled or NOI Membership)
$150 per family, per year
Premium includes more support and access to FACE classes, events, guidance, and consultations. Activities, classes, or events may have added supply or registration fees.
Basic (Enrolled or NOI Membership)
$100 per family, per year
Basic is for families who need basic school records or recordkeeping support.
Basic does not include FACE classes, consultations, official high school transcripts, a FACE diploma, or graduation from FACE.
Preschool Only
$40 per year
For preschool families who want to join FACE classes and community activities. Preschool Only does not include private school enrollment or NOI support.
Four-Payment Plan
Add $20
Families may choose to pay their enrollment fees in four payments.
- Add $20 to the total cost.
- Automatic payments are required.
- Preschool Only is not eligible for the payment plan.
- Enrollment fees are still non-refundable.
Some services or records may not be available until the payment plan is complete.
Premium High School Fees
High school fees are added to the family’s base price.
Students in Grades 9–11
$85 per student
- This fee supports high school records and transcript services.
- Premium students must pay this fee.
- NOI students receiving a transcript and diploma from their public program who are not graduating from FACE may opt for this level. An unbranded homeschool transcript is still generated for the family's benefit.

Graduating Seniors
$300 per senior
The senior fee includes:
- High school transcript and diploma with alumni records services for private school students
- Graduation planning and support
- A cap, gown, and other graduation items
- Participation in the FACE graduation ceremony & senior brunch
- Long-term private school records service for FACE graduates
Premium NOI students may pay the senior fee to join the FACE graduation ceremony. FACE does not issue a private school transcript or diploma for these students.

Transcript Conversion
$10 Each
This fee may apply when students transfer in and FACE needs to convert a transcript into our formatting.

Upgrading Your Services
- You may upgrade from Basic to Premium during the school year.
Families may upgrade at any time. We recommend upgrading students in grades K–11 before March.
Seniors should upgrade before January so there is enough time to prepare graduation records.
Moving from an NOI membership to the matching private school enrollment option is free and may be done student by student as your family decides is best.
K–8 Upgrade
Pay the $50 difference between Basic and Premium.
High School Upgrade
High school upgrades may include:
- The $50 difference between Basic and Premium
- The $85 high school fee for the current year
- An $85 fee for each earlier high school year that FACE must add to its records
- The $300 senior fee when the student is graduating from FACE
For example, upgrading a 10th grader may cost:
- $50 Basic-to-Premium difference
- $85 for 9th grade
- $85 for 10th grade
- Total upgrade cost: $220
Refunds and Downgrades
Enrollment and membership fees are non-refundable.
FACE does not give refunds or credits when a family:
- Withdraws during the school year
- Changes from Premium to Basic
- Decides not to use included services
- Misses a class, activity, event, or graduation ceremony
Upgrading may increase your cost. Downgrading does not lower the amount already paid.
