- FACE helps families create a clear plan and keep strong school records. Whether your student is starting ninth grade, transferring during high school, or getting ready to graduate, we can help you understand the next steps.
- Parents remain in charge of their student’s education. You choose the curriculum, set the learning schedule, and guide the student’s daily work.
- FACE can serve as your student’s private school and educational partner. We help families organize credits, build transcripts, plan for graduation, prepare official school records, and celebrate your student's accomplishments.

High-school services depend on the enrollment or membership option your family chooses. FACE may help with:

Families using an NOI membership remain responsible for their own homeschool records. FACE can still provide tools and guidance based on the membership level selected.
Choose the Right High School Path
Premium Private School Enrollment
With private school enrollment, FACE is the student’s private school. FACE keeps the official school records.
Premium private enrollment is strongly recommended for high-school students who plan to graduate from FACE.
High-school Premium enrollment includes:
- Official FACE transcripts
- A FACE diploma
- Transcript planning and consultations
- Transcript sending services
- School communication when needed
- Graduation ceremony participation for seniors
- Use of FACE’s school code for testing and college planning
Premium NOI Membership
Families who file a Colorado Notice of Intent remain responsible for their own homeschool program and records. Many of these students earn a transcript and diploma from a public program.
Premium NOI membership includes high-school planning tools, consultations, and access to transcript-building software. These records are family-created and are not official FACE private-school records.
Students with Premium NOI membership may be able to join the FACE graduation ceremony by paying the graduation package fee. They do not receive a FACE transcript or FACE diploma.
Basic Enrollment or Basic NOI Membership
We recognize not everyone needs the services provided in either Premium Option.
Transferring to FACE
Students may transfer to FACE from a public school, private school, another homeschool program, or a family-created homeschool record. FACE reviews the records provided by the family. Some courses may need more information before they can be added to a FACE transcript.
Helpful documents may include:
- Previous transcripts
- Report cards
- Course descriptions
- Credit totals
- Samples of student work
- Test records
- Attendance records
Families should not wait until senior year to ask about transferring credits. Earlier reviews allow more time to fix missing records or complete needed courses.
A public school may not accept every private school or homeschool credit if a student transfers back. Each public school or district may set its own rules and may require testing.
Transcripts and School Records
A transcript is the official record of a student’s high-school courses, grades, and credits. It is the document that supports the diploma.
Students may need transcripts for:
- College applications
- Trade or technical schools
- Scholarships
- Military programs
- Employment
- Sports eligibility
- Driver or insurance discounts
- Transfer to another school
FACE Premium high-school enrollment includes official transcript services. FACE can also send transcripts directly to approved schools and programs.
Families transferring high-school records into the FACE system may pay a $10 transcript conversion fee.
Graduation with FACE
Students who plan to receive a FACE transcript & diploma must be enrolled in the correct private school option and complete FACE graduation requirements.
Senior services may include:
- Final transcript review
- Diploma preparation
- Graduation planning
- Senior Brunch
- Graduation ceremony
- Cap and gown items
- Alumni records sending
The senior fee is required for students graduating from FACE. Families should complete enrollment and record reviews early so there is enough time to prepare.
College Planning
Students planning for college should also think about:
- Course requirements for admission
- SAT or ACT testing
- College application dates
- Financial aid deadlines
- Scholarship requirements
- Letters of recommendation
- Official transcript requests
Each college sets its own admission rules. Families should check the rules for each school or program their student is considering.
Some high-school students choose to take the PSAT as practice for the SAT or as part of scholarship planning. FACE hosts the PSAT every year in October for students in 11th grade who want to participate.
High School Fees
High-school students pay the regular enrollment or membership fee plus the high-school fee that applies to their grade and services.
Current fees include:
- Grades 9–11 high-school fee: $85 per student
- Senior fee: $300 per student
- Transcript conversion: $10
The senior fee includes graduation and senior record services and cannot be removed for students graduating from FACE.
