As we celebrate this momentous time in your life, we are blessed that you and your family are sharing this special occasion with us.

For those who have decided not to participate or are on the fence about it, please reconsider. This is a very important milestone that you and your students have worked so hard to achieve. It’s a time not only for the student to be handed their diploma, but a time to celebrate the years of hard work and dedication that you ALL have put in. It’s a time to have friends and family celebrate your students' accomplishments as well. We make this a very personal ceremony and take the time to honor each student and family. The ceremony only takes around an hour or less, depending on the class size that year. We respect your family's decision and do understand several students are enrolled with other programs as well, but hope to see you all at the brunch and graduation.

To make graduation a more memorable event, there are a few things we need from you.

**Even if your graduate does not plan to attend the ceremony the sections marked ** are still IMPERATIVE.**

**SCHOOLING REQUIREMENTS, PAPERWORK, AND FEES:

• All academic requirements for graduation must be completed and submitted via final official report card by Saturday, August 31, 2025, in order to avoid late fees. A $75/student archive fee will be charged if the required report card AND an Official Website Request for transcript & diploma is not made by August 31st.
• Any, and all, School and/or Senior fees are due in full no later than January 25th. If fees are not paid in full, Graduates will not be allowed to participate in the rehearsal or ceremony.

• Contact Jessica Fink: jessicafink@faceschool.org to ensure that all credits are in order, and the necessary requirements for graduation have been met.
• If you have not had a transcript consultation, or had clear communication via email that your students transcript is up to date and will fulfill all credits for graduation, you need to schedule one ASAP with Jessica Fink: jessicafink@faceschool.org

**DIPLOMAS:

• If the graduate will be unable to complete their studies by August 31, 2025, then they should NOT submit an order form for a diploma at this time.
• Use this form to request your final transcript be released
• A $75/student archive fee will be accessed if the transcript is not requested by August 31, 2025.
• Diplomas will be picked up for those that are local or mailed for those not local, at your cost, with completed transcripts after Graduation to ensure all qualifications and requirements have been met by the graduate. IF all requirements have been met and verified, you will receive the actual diploma and final transcript the day of the ceremony) Once you feel your graduate has completed the requirements for graduation, it is the parent’s responsibility to submit a request for release of the diploma and transcript via the school website link
• If you lose your diploma a new one is $100. They are only ordered in the spring. Please keep track of your diploma!

Announcements: 

Ceremony needs:

• -One or both parents may speak at the ceremony; the time limit is 1 minute per Graduate. Remember there are several of you, and we must follow the time allotments for speaking.

MANDATORY REHEARSAL:

• The Graduate AND a parent are required to attend. There are no exceptions to this statement. 
• Cap & Gown will be distributed at rehearsal. 
• You may decorate your cap, however it must be appropriate and respectful! Parents, please ensure this. If you show up with something that is not acceptable, you will be walking with no cap.

PHOTOS FOR SLIDESHOW: 

• Photos (limit of 10) of the Graduate from birth to present, including the Senior photo, if you have one. Please no photo collages, just individual photos of the senior.

• The larger the pixel and photo the better for projection.

• Photos must be received by Monday, April 1, 2025. Photos received after this date will not be included in the Senior Slideshow at Graduation. (IF you are scheduled to take your final senior photo after April 1st, please note that in your submission of the remaining photos so Megan can add a placeholder in the slide show) This final photo MUST be received by May 1st!!)

• We need to receive your photos either shared to Megan@faceschool.org via Google Drive or on a USB thumb drive in a JPG or PNG format. Do NOT use video format or add music to the photos. This is very important. The pictures will be compiled with all the other graduates’.

• If you need to send them via USB, the USB thumb drive can then be mailed to Megan Miller 10909 Jay St, Westminster, CO 80020. NOTE: Be SURE that receipt of photos is by April 1st – even if that means you must deliver them directly. Postmarks will not be enough, receipt of the drive is imperative. You may also drop off the USB at Face Friday classes (9:00 - 2:30 Fridays at 7990 Lowell Blvd, Westminster.)

• Photos should be numbered in the file name, indicating the order in which they should appear. (ex: Megan #1)

• Please include your student’s full name on the files or on the USB thumb drive.

ARRIVAL ON GRADUATION CEREMONY DAY:

• Graduation Location: Family in Christ Church - 11355 Sheridan Boulevard, Westminster, CO 80020
• The graduation ceremony begins at 12:30 p.m. 

GRADUATION DRESS:

• Ladies may wear slacks and dress shirt or dress, with dress shoes. (please note you may be going up and down stairs, so keep this in mind when choosing shoes. We do not want you heel to get caught in your gown)
• NO jeans, shorts, flip-flops or sneakers please. Although we appreciate your individuality, remember you are representing your fellow graduates, the school, and your parents.
