In this class, students get to study the history of the 20th Century. They will learn about the word their great-grandparents, grandparents, and even their parents grew up in. This class will show them cultural trends and crazy fads of the past. They will also learn where many current political, social, and cultural battles began.
We'll start off studying various forms of governments and how they impact society. From there, we'll go decade by decade through the 20th Century and beyond. We'll create timelines, learn how propaganda is used, learn personal family history, discuss current events, and so much more.
** 9th – 12th grade students may receive HALF credit for Geography and FULL credit for History upon completion of course…dependent on parent and student to get both credits. **

2 folders with pockets
colored pencils, pen, and pencil
